Material Editor - Version 2.01ae. (C) 1994/1995/1996 Sony Computer Entertainment Inc. All Rights Reserved.
See Chapter 8 in the file "3DGRAPH.PDF" (page 101) for what the software can do.
It is focused for use solely in 3D development.
Note that it will only run if you have the Graphic Artist Board installed.
ABOARD.EXE is included so that if you have the Graphic Artist Board, you may change addresses.
Special thanks to Jackhead for this one!
*UPDATE 20/SEPTEMBER/2015*
We are attempting to disassemble MEDITOR.EXE for use without a Graphic Artist Board, but we are finding it extremely difficult as it is a very old 16-bit "New Executable". We can't get a disassembler to disassemble it correctly. More news soon

*UPDATE 20/DECEMBER/2015*
Cracked it with special thanks to Dax. The program runs without the Artist Board, but you can't do anything because it seems like the Artist Board did some pre-rendering/calculating which the program needs to function correctly. The cracked version may be downloaded from the initial post.
