Alice Sisters is a cute platformer game using 2 players co-op mechanics, the game was already released on the SEGA Megadrive/Genesis and Dreamcast console!
The game is currently being ported to the Gameboy Advance and Atari Falcon, I'm planing port for the Playstation 1.
I'm running a kickstarter crowdfunding campaign in order to raise funds for the physical production of these ports for the GBA, PS1 and Atari Falcon.
The story is pretty straightforward, the big mountain villain captured the mom of Alice and her sister.
You need to help Alice and her sister save their mother through 28 levels spread over 4 worlds, each with their final villain to battle against!
You can play alone by switching from one character to another, or cooperate with a second player to complete each level.
Each of the sisters has her own power, Alice can change size by jumping on magic mushrooms.
Her small size will allow her to pass through narrow spaces, but be careful because she will not be able to jump very high and very far!
Alice's sister can throw balls to repel enemies or break stones blocking the path.
Go through the levels and solve puzzles by activating the right lever, the right switches, as well as finding the color keys to open the different doors.
Watch out for various enemies like evil bats!
The game features, 4 unique worlds, 28 levels, 4 bosses, 4 game modes (from children easy, to hardcore gamer mode, a "think before you play" puzzle mode), Cute graphics, an auto save system.
The Gameboy Advance version features a multiboot compatibility allowing you to play the co-op 2 players mode using 2 consoles and a link cable using only one cartridge!
The music was originaly made for the Sega Megadrive/Genesis audio chips.
The chiptune style music will be kept as is and recorded with CD quality for the other platforms port to keep this awesome retrogaming vibe.
