how to control the parallel port in/out from xplorer or action replay ?

Hardware registers starting at 0x1f060000 and onwards are relevant to the Xplorer's parallel port interface. Its a tricky interface to make use of especially when sending data out to the PC since there are only 4 outputs to the PC side so you have to send an 8 bit byte in 3 bit nibbles if you use one of the outputs for handshaking.
