Xplorer headache
I'm having trouble getting caetla/catflap to work. Spent a whole freakin' day on this :( I have Xplorer cartrige, the original one (not FX or Pro). See here for different models (http://www.murraymoffatt.com/playstation-xplorer.html) At first, I wanted to back up original ROM. Tried newer PC (from a...

Re: PSX with Component cable.
Why did the SCPH-1001 have separate audio/video outputs in addition to the standard A/V multiout?

So anyhow, is Xplorer supposed to boot backups?
And also, any regular DB25 Male-Female cable will work to connect it to the PC ?

Btw, would a regular analog VGA cable with PC monitor work with DTL-H2000? Or must i have special A/V cable?

So does changing the CPU clock affect the GPU clock as well?
TriMesh, have you looked into upgrading VRAM to 2MB? It should be feasible, because http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Namco_System_11 which is based on straight PS1 hardware had 2MB.

Re: Sony DTL-H2000 Troubleshooting, Info, Setup, Parts & Hel
For the JAP pinout diagrams, what is the name of the PDF file and the CD they came from ? Among other things, I am trying to figure out what parts where included in the DTL-H2000 kit.

Gameshark v2.1 for homebrew
I found a GS 2.1 at a local pawn shop, but not sure if I can use it for anything.
Can GS 2.1 be used to upload homebrew without the CommsLink ISA card? If not, then what is the issue? Is it a software issue - or truly a hardware problem?
